What's the dress code for Noche de Gourmet?
The suggested dress code is Cocktail Attire/Semi-Formal. Dress code isn't enforced, but we'd hate for anyone to feel "under-dressed" at the event. Check out the Gallery page for photos from prior years if you'd like to get an idea of what people wear.
Where exactly is Tempe Center for the Arts?
TCA is located on the southwest end of Tempe Town Lake at 700 W Rio Salado Parkway.
How do I get to Tempe Center for the Arts?
Take the 202 Red Mountain Freeway to Exit #6 (Priest Drive/Center Parkway), go south on Priest Drive to Rio Salado Parkway (½ mile), and continue east on Rio Salado Parkway to TCA (¾ mile). However, we strongly advise that you check the ADOT website for road closures on the day of the event - we don't want you showing up late!
What time does the event start/end?
Doors open at 7pm, lights out at midnight. If you'd like to party past midnight, Mill Avenue is less than 1 mile away.
Noche de Gourmet is a charity event - is my ticket tax-deductible?
Yes, but maybe not 100%. Noche de Gourmet is a charity event, but if you attend the event and sample the food & beverages, then your donation will be partially tax-deductible - you must reduce your tax deduction by the amount of the goods/services you receive (we'll let you and your accountant/tax-professional determine that amount). If you purchase a ticket and don't attend the event, the entire amount will be tax-deductible.
