Cy Brown, President 
Metal Magic
Cy is a native and third generation from Phoenix, Arizona. He graduated Arizona State University in 2002 with a Global Business degree. After college he ran a portion of the Durango Mountain Ski Resort in Colorado. Cy then moved to Chicago for two years to open a new location of his family’s business: Metal Magic. In November 2003 he joined the Phoenix 20-30 club. He has chaired Noche De Gourmet twice and has been on the executive committee five times. Cy was also the first chair and founder of the club’s spring event, the “Phoenix Suitcase Party”.

Brian Nagel, Vice-President
Financial Advisor, SagePoint Financial
Brian is a near native of Arizona having arrived from California in 1968. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona and holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Phoenix. Brian has lived and worked in Mexico and Spain and although he speaks Spanish, he is having a hard time picking up his wife's native language of Polish. Brian has been a financial advisor for over 14 years and co-hosted the radio show "Guides for Your Financial Journey" for two years. He enjoys working with individuals, families, small businesses and charities helping them achieve their financial goals and always emphasizing that - Planing is a process, not an event. In their free time, Brian and his wife enjoy traveling, snowboarding, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Staying active in his community, he is a member of the Phoenix Sigma Chi and University of Arizona alumni clubs, in addition he volunteers with Junior Achievement and is a Director on the board of the Children In Need Foundation.

David Dobrusin, Treasurer

David is originally from New York but grew up in Arizona. David attended the University of Southern California and graduated with a double major in finance and accounting. He then began his career at the accounting firm of Rothstein, Kass & Co. in Los Angeles before returning to Arizona in 2005. David is currently the managing member of his own accounting firm, David J. Dobrusin, CPA, PLLC. He and his wife Mara were married in 2009. He joined the club in 2008. David enjoys spending time with his family, attending Phoenix Suns games and watching USC football.

Brian Konderik, Director
Manager of Land Development - Arizona Division, Avatar Holdings Inc.
A graduate of THE Arizona State University, Brian - or BK as he is more commonly referred to - is a native of the Valley of the Sun. A member of the Phoenix 20-30 Club for nearly seven years, Brian has served on the club's Executive Committee for three years including having served as Club President for 2008-2009. Now entering his fifth year of service on the Children-In-Need-Foundation Board of Directors (CINF is the philanthropic arm of the club's fundraising efforts) he most recently served as Foundation President for both the '09-10 and '10-11 fiscal years. Brian has been honored by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Arizona as one of 2008 AZ's Finest honorees, and also participates with the Fiesta Bowl YellowJacket Committee, ASU Sol Devils, and the ASU Cornerstone Society. In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing golf as a form of relaxation (and also as a way of venting frustration), but he won't be quitting his day job anytime soon to join the PGA Tour.

Brian Moll, Director

Brian is a native of Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the Ohio State University and went on to graduate with a JD from the Ohio State University College of Law. Brian practiced corporate and securities law for a large Ohio based law firm before moving to Arizona. For eight years, he was a corporate/mergers and acquisitions attorney for Bryan Cave LLP, and now works at Polsinelli Shughart PC. Brian was a member of the Phoenix 20-30 Club for over 4 years and served on the Executive Committee for two years as Treasurer. He has also been on the Children In Need Foundation Board of Directors for the past three years, serving as President for two years. Brian is active in other civic and charity organizations. He has been on the Board of Directors for the Hon Kachina Council (an Arizona non-profit organization recognizing volunteerism) for the past four years, and on the Board of Directors for the Association of Corporate Growth (Arizona Chapter) where he currently serves as President. In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing golf and tennis and watching sports.

Todd Sommers, Director
An Indiana native, Todd moved to Phoenix in the 1990s and graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s in Economics. Upon graduation, Todd spent the next 5+ years in Washington, D.C. serving on the legislative staff of members of the U.S. Senate and House. While in Washington, Todd earned a Master’s in Law and Economics from the George Mason University School of Law. Since returning to Arizona in 2006, he was assisted a variety of companies, campaigns, and non-profits with strategic planning and program implementation. Todd runs a public affairs firm that assists corporate and political clients with their messaging. He lives in Phoenix with his wife, Kim, and their children, Nathan and Elizabeth. He joined the Phoenix 20-30 Club in 2007. He also serves on the Children in Need Foundation Board for Directors.
